Q1. How many EC (Executive
Club) Miles are earned per spend?
A1. One Mile for every SR 5 of purchases only (not
on cash withdrawals, fees or charges).
Q2. What is the difference
between Executive Club Miles and Points?
A2. Miles can be exchanged for Award Tickets on British
Airways or any of British Airways Partner Airlines.
Points are used to upgrade Members from one tier level
(Gold, Silver & Blue) in the British Airways Executive
Club to another.
Q3. Can I earn Executive
Club Points?
A3. No. You will only earn Executive Club Miles.
Q4. How soon will the Miles
appear on my Executive Club membership?
A4. Between 3 and 28 days. Depending on the when your
purchases were made in relation to your Credit Card
statement cycle.
Q5. Can I view my Miles account
on the website?
A5. Yes.
Q6. What is the British Airways

Q7. How do I log into the
Executive Club pages?
A7. Log into the website and enter your Executive
Club Membership number and PIN or password. You can
get your website PIN by contacting British Airways.
Q8. How do I become a member
in the British Airways Executive Club?
A8. Simply apply for the Al Arabi British Airways
Card and once accepted you will automatically be enrolled
in the British Airways Executive Club.
Q9. How soon will I receive
my Executive Club Card?
A9. Within 4 to 6 weeks of acceptance of your Al Arabi
British Airways Card.
Q10. How can I exchange my
Miles?
A10. Simply call the British Airways Telesales Riyadh
: 01 464 5550 Jeddah : 02 669 3464 Dhahran : 03 882
2000 or the Executive Club Service Center in Dubai
on (+9714) 307 5767. You may also send in your request
by fax to the Service Center on (+9714) 307 5790,
with your Membership number, passenger names, contact
number, and dates, routes and class of travel. Once
confirmed you will be contacted by British Airways
to pick up your at your nearest British Airways office.
Q11. Can I upgrade to the
Gold British Airways Executive Club tier using my
Miles?
A11. No. Miles can only be exchanged for flights.
Q12. Can I use my Miles towards
my annual fee payment?
A12. No.
Q13. How else can I earn
Miles on my Executive Club Card?
A13. From any number of British Airways partners (12
airlines, 27
hotels, 3
car rental agencies, and more). For a complete
list of British Airways partners that can earn you
Miles refer to your British Airways Membership Pack
that is sent to you or please contact British Airways.
Q14. What are the benefits
of the Executive Club?
A14. This will be mentioned in the Benefits List that
is sent to you along with your British Airways Membership
Pack or contact British Airways.
Q15. What is the Family Passport
Program?
A15. This will be mentioned in your British Airways
Membership Pack that is sent to you or contact British
Airways.
Q16. How often do I receive
an Executive Club statement?
A16. Executive Club statements are available 24 hours
a day on the British Airways website. Members can
check and print their account details on-line by logging
onto www.britishairways.com/execclub
Q17. I am moving out of Saudi
Arabia, what happens to my Al Arabi British Airways
Card.
A17. To obtain and keep this Card you must be a resident
of Saudi Arabia; therefore if you move out of the
Kingdom your Card will be cancelled.
Q18. What are the annual
fees for obtaining a Gold or a Silver Card?
A18. It’s SR 300 for a Silver Card and SR 450 for
a Gold one and SR 99 for either Supplementary Card.
Q19. Will the balance of
my British Airways Executive Club Miles be shown on
my Credit Card monthly statement?
A19. No, only the Miles earned for that month will
be reflected on your monthly Card statement.
Q20. Do I only exchange my
Miles only British Airways?
A20. No, you can also redeem your Miles on 12 other
partner airlines that span the globe. For a list of
these airlines refer to your British Airways Membership
Pack or contact British Airways Service Center directly.
Q21. If I have any questions
regarding my British Airways account how do I contact
British Airways?
A21. Either call British Airways in Dubai at (+9714)
307 5767 or by fax at (+9714) 307 5790.
Q22. What are the working
hours of the British Airways Service Center in Dubai?
A22. Daily except for Fridays from 8:30 AM to 1 PM
and 3 PM to 5:30 PM (Dubai Time).
