Balance
Inquiry
The customer can view and print all master account
balances, including balances of all subsidiary, loan,
deposit and foreign currency accounts of the customer
Statements
It is possible to view and print a monthly statement
at anytime for any of the customer's accounts.
Transactions
View and print transactions passed on any of the customer's
accounts over the past 6 months, search for or display
specific transaction(s).
Mini Statement
View the last 5 transactions on any of the supported
accounts, with actual up to date balance displayed.
Transfers
Send direct transfers to any of the customer's displayed
accounts. The transfer is achieved directly upon completion
of the transaction. The customer may also create standing
transfer instructions (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
or after a specific number of days) to send transfers
automatically.
Payments
To execute various payments both in and out of Kingdom
in the customer's currency of choice. The customer
may create standing orders to make periodic payments
automatically. The function also supports payment
for credit card purchases (Visa & MasterCard) with
all domestic banks.
Utility Bill payment.
All STC and SECCO bills can be easly paid throu al
arabi ebank service.
Beneficiaries
Set up transfer beneficiaries (both in and out of
Kingdom), in the customer's currency of choice. The
cancellation function can be used to delete any beneficiary
in the future. There is no maximum limit on the number
of beneficiaries.
Status
Review the status of previously sent transfers.
View Messages
View all messages sent to the customer by the Bank.
Send Messages
Send authorized messages to various departments of
the Bank.
Orders and Requests
Send the customer's order to perform certain services
- namely:-
- Request statements of account
for periods in excess of 6 months.
- Issue of an ATM Card.
- Issue cheque notebook.
- Stop an ATM Card.
- Stop a credit card.
- Request a Password for Al
Arabi ATM and credit cards.
- Open a subsidiary account.
- Open a foreign currency account.
- Amend the customer's details.
- Activate an inactive account.
- Subscrip with al arabi Mobile

To register in the service, you have
to:
- To subscribe to the service you
have to be an Arab National Bank's Client, you can
get an immidiate access to your ebank by registering
online from our web site. Registration requires
you to provide your ATM number and some information
to identify your ownership of the account. please
click here to register to alarabi-ebank.
- The customer may visit the
Bank's site on the web, select anb internet function
and the language (Arabic/English) to access the
main menu. The process will take 15-20 minutes for
the first logon only.
- Enter the user id number
recorded in the registration form and confirmed
via e-mail, enter the Password then press Enter.
- The system will request
input of a new Password to be selected by the customer
to control access to the service instead of the
initial Password. The system will also request entry
of another Password to be used in connection with
Transfers function only i.e. customer's electronic
signature.
- Press End to access the
service.

- anb internet is a free
of charge service (currently) provided without any
rules or conditions. All internal and external transfers,
statements for the past 6 months and enquiries sent
through the service are provided free of charge.
- The initial Password can
be used for one time only.
- The Password must contain
alpha-numeric characters and must be at least 6-12
digits long.
- Should your Password become
known to any party, change it immediately. But do
not panic - nobody else can access your account
except through your own PC and PIN only.
- To access the service, you
must enter the user id and Password in small letters
only (user id and Password are case sensitive).
- The same Password may be
used for service access and payment of transfers.
- Registration for enquiries
only available i.e. excluding Transfers function.
- Only one PC can be used
to access the service unless the password files
are copied and down loaded to another PC.
- Access to the service is
available both from inside and outside the Kingdom.
- Ability to view all subsidiary
accounts tied to the main account with ANB.
- Ability to view and print
a statement for the last 6 months on line.
- Ability to create any desired
number of beneficiaries.
- Ability to send transfers
in any System supported currency.
- Ability to download financial
data to Quickens or Money Microsoft.
- A transfer executed through
anb internet takes the same period of time to
reach the beneficiary it takes when sent through
a branch or ATM.
- The Bank does not recommend
any transfers to domestic banks after 12 noon on
Thursdays. Other banks do not process transfers
sent after the deadline.
- A transfer cannot be canceled
once confirmed.
- Ability to pay for Visa/MasterCard
purchases to other banks.
- Ability to pay STC and SCECO
bills.
- Ability to access the service
through a dial up line or private network.
