Process

We begin by introducing you to accredited independent professional firms among our select group of property agents, to assist you with the initial identification of properties available on the market. Once you have chosen a suitable property, we can co-ordinate the initial offer, at the terms agreed. At this point, we would introduce you to a suitable legal firm to assist you with the whole process to completion of the purchase.

Our assistance continues after the purchase of the property, as we would be liaising with other professional firms, property managing agents and home insurers, in order to render the best possible plan to suit your requirements and allow you to gain the most benefit from owning a property in the UK.

Finance

Our Residential Property Loans are a suitable means of providing you with finance, or for leveraging on the property being acquired.

We are able to offer loans at a defined percentage of the market valuation of the property (subject to independent assessment) for a suitable term, with a flexible repayment schedule.

Ancillary Services

In addition, we offer our Bill Payment Services, affording you the comfort of knowing that such matters are professionally addressed while you are not in residence or abroad. We are also able to undertake arrangement for any maintenance requirements at the property, if this is needed. Our current account provides a convenient way to meet any expenses and bills associated with property ownership as and when they fall due. The account also provides customers with the standard banking services when visiting the UK, including ATM cards.

Safe Deposit Boxes & Safe Custody

London branch has available within the bank's vault, a limited supply of safe deposit boxes for the storage of personal and valuable items for visitors to the U.K. Four sizes of box are available: small, for items such as passports and traveller's cheques through to medium, large and extra large capable of taking a briefcase sized bag.

Boxes may be hired for any period of time (subject to a minimum monthly charge). You may access your box at any time during normal banking hours Monday to Friday and have the use of a private viewing room. If you are an account holder with Arab National Bank, London branch, we can charge any cost direct to your account. For non-account holders, we would require satisfactory identification, an advance payment of any hire charge and a cash deposit of GBP200.00, returnable upon presentation of both safe keys.

We are also able to store small packages and envelopes in our vault for account holders. Charges would depend upon size and period of storage.
