TeleMoney is a secure way to send money either to an account, or as cash to be picked up in a branch or personally delivered, to designated countries, using our own communications network, or to the rest of the world via the SWIFT free of cost network, as appropriate.

The TeleMoney remittance service is the secure and quick way to send money home to loved ones. It offers three equally efficient low cost ways of sending money home, simply choose the one which suits you best:

• Credit to bank account
• Door to door cash (Philippines only)
• Cash collection (over the counter payment)

There is no need to observe business hours to send your remittance. Simply use any ANB ATM available 24 hours a day. This service is only available to ANB account holders who have an Electron card and have registered their details at a branch or TeleMoney Centre. This outstanding service not only spares you the agony of long branch queues and limousine fares, but also your precious time. Yes there is no need to visit any branch to remit money!.

Not only can you initiate your TeleMoney transfer from an ATM but you can also use the ATM to check when your money has been delivered, saving you the cost of a phone call home.

The TeleMoney Service is available from any of ANB’s branches for account holders only or from the TeleMoney Centres which are open every day. Except as otherwise indicated, the branches require customer to have an ANB account.

TeleMoney – PHONE BANKING FACILITY

This unique service from ANB allows you to remit funds from the convenience of your office or home through Telephone Instructions or our Customer Service Desk, 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year.

TeleMoney is currently available to:

• Egypt
• Jordan
• Lebanon
• Pakistan
• Philippines
• Sudan
• Yemen

Remittances can be made to a bank account back home in the currency of the destination country or in US$. Delivery will usually be within 2 working days to major cities and 3 working days to other destinations.

When you have made your first remittance you can apply for a TeleMoney Gold card which as well as containing details of your beneficiaries to speed up the process also acts as a discount card at over 100 retailers in the Kingdom.

Other features of the service are:

• SR 15 if you use the service from any ANB ATMs
• The charge for crediting to an account is SR22
• The charge for door to door cash is SR32 (in Philippines only)
