Money Market & Trade Funds
- Al-Mubarak SAR Trade Fund:
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide capital preservation, liquidity and short-term capital growth by investing in Sharia-compliant conservative transactions.
- Al-Mubarak USD Trade Fund:
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide capital preservation, liquidity and short-term capital growth by investing in Sharia-compliant USD conservative transactions.
- Al-Mubarak Saudi Sovereign Sukuk Fund:
The Fund aims to provide long-term capital appreciation through investing in listed sovereign sukuks denominated in Saudi riyals issued by government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in addition to money market instruments such as murabaha and leasing transactions that are compatible with the fund’s Sharia standards.
- Al-Mubarak Saudi Equity Fund:
The Fund aims to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in a broadly diversified portfolio of Saudi Arabian equities that are Sharia-compliant, and to invest in Murabaha and trading deals and funds.
- Al-Arabi Saudi Equity Fund:
The Fund aims to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in various sectors of the Saudi equity market. The Fund is allowed to invest in all the companies and equity related securities listed on the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchanges including Saudi IPO’s offered to money managers as well as in Money Market and Murabaha Funds.
- Al-Mubarak Pure Saudi Equity Fund:
The Fund aims to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in Pure Sharia-compliant shares of companies listed on the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange market including Murabaha transactions.
The Fund invests in IPOs in addition to the shares of the companies listed within three years, provided they comply with the Fund’s Sharia standards. The Al-Mubarak IPO Fund aims to achieve capital growth through long-term investment and it is an income accumulation Fund where the dividends are reinvested.
This portfolio aims to achieve medium term capital appreciation and to reduce capital loss by investing in various medium risk asset classes on a global basis.
Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)
